Turn photos from your phone camera into a clean, multi-page PDF, with an optional searchable text layer so the scan can be searched and copied from like a real document. Each page is contrast-corrected from its own histogram, so a dim photo and a bright one end up equally readable. Nothing is uploaded — the photos are opened and processed on your own device and never leave it. Photos are cleaned and combined on your device. Making it searchable loads a language pack (~10–15 MB) from this app’s /tessdata folder.
Frequently asked questions
Is my document uploaded anywhere?
No. The photos are read, cleaned, OCR'd and combined into a PDF entirely in your browser. Your document never leaves your device — open the Network tab and watch.
Can I scan multiple pages into one PDF?
Yes. Add as many photos as you like and reorder them before you run the tool; they combine into a single multi-page PDF in that order.
Does the PDF become searchable?
If you tick Make searchable, on-device OCR adds an invisible text layer, so you can search and select the text without changing how the scan looks.
Do I need to install an app or sign up?
No. It runs in your browser, free, with no account and no install. On a phone, choosing a photo also offers the camera.
