Which Factur-X profile does it produce?

EN 16931 — the profile recommended for the French reform and accepted by Chorus Pro and PDPs as a full invoice. MINIMUM and BASIC WL count only as e-reporting extracts, so we do not use them.

Does this send my invoice to the tax authority?

No. hamarapdf is a pre-PDP preparation tool: it creates the compliant Factur-X file on your device. You then submit it through your chosen certified platform (PDP).

Is my data uploaded?

Accepted Answer

No. The XML and the PDF/A-3 are generated entirely in your browser; your SIRET, client data and amounts never leave your device.

Should I validate the file?

Accepted Answer

Yes — before relying on it, check the container with veraPDF (PDF/A-3) and the XML with the FNFE-MPE Schematron validator. hamarapdf builds the file to those specs, but validation is your final confirmation.
